Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund less shipping charges (if applicable)

Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.

Please note that Black Diamond does not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges, and Black Diamond cannot reimburse you for return shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1
Click the button that says "Start a Return" above to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. An RA number is required for all returns.
STEP 2
Package your gear securely. Place your item(s) back in the original product packaging, then put that inside a separate shipping box or envelope.
STEP 3
Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package (not on the product packaging). Feel free to also include your RA number on a slip of paper inside the shipment.
STEP 4
Use a return ship method best suited to you. Hold onto the tracking number assigned to your return package; it is helpful if your shipment or refund is delayed. We cannot be responsible for your refund until your package has been received at our distribution center.
STEP 5
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
